Speaking of Tiger 3, the film has managed to make ₹ 224.50 at the domestic box office. The movie is Salman Khan’s largest opener but and is the fifth addition to the YRF Spy Universe. The Tiger franchise options Salman and Katrina as tremendous spies Avinash Singh Rathore or Tiger and Zoya.

In his review of the film, NDTV’s Saibal Chatterjee said, “In his third outing as superspy Avinash Singh Rathore alias Tiger, Salman Khan, with support of a narrative by producer Aditya Chopra and a screenplay from Shridhar Raghavan, proves that there’s at all times a substantial amount of buy from the spectacle of an irrepressible hero leaping off every kind of perches and touchdown on his toes.
